Day Centre

The strategy consists, at all times, of observing the place, assessing its functionality, paying attention to the feelings and actions of the people who use both the building itself and the place in which it is located.

The project is located within an urban residential area of Elche known as ‘La Portalada’. It consists of a rigid, introverted, low-density building with a terraced housing layout, the distribution of which gives rise to an interior space with a roughly triangular geometry. This space forms a block with one plot designated as a green area and two as public facilities.
