Honorable Mention
The project was designed with great importance given to both form and materials. The form had to gently bring both sides together, which is why the walkways leading to the beach and the ramps are joined together to form a whole, despite the use of different materials: wood and trowelled concrete.
The main walkway, also made of wood, was designed with a subtle curve, avoiding the conventional straight walkway that would give the environment a colder feel. The curved shape softens the lines and creates a more harmonious whole with the surroundings.
Materials
Wood, reinforced concrete and steel were mainly used.
