MD House

A challenging project that requires completing a project with existing materials and structures, maximising possibilities to satisfy the client and owner. Changes were made to the composition of the façades, the layout of windows and entrances, the selection of materials, and the finishing of essential construction elements in detail, such as interior staircases. 

Elements such as railings and staircases were designed with a high level of detail and craftsmanship.

 The project involved defining and improving the surroundings of a house, including the front and back gardens with a swimming pool, the access fencing and integration with the San Juan Golf Course. The aim was to enhance the home and create spaces for enjoyment, playing with construction elements, plants, zoning, lighting and mobility. The intervention sought to complete an unfinished project with pre-established premises.
